Counselling in all areas of Media Law

What I do for you

Today, media content is distributed through numerous channels – from traditional press releases to websites, blogs, podcasts and social networks. This often raises legal questions: What content may be published? When are personal rights violated? What rights exist in images, videos or texts?

Conflicts regularly arise due to unauthorised publications, illegal reporting or the unauthorised use of media content.

I advise and represent clients in all matters of media law, particularly in disputes concerning publications on the internet and social media. My range of services includes both the enforcement of claims by rights holders and the defence against such claims.
