I protect what makes you unique.

Expert advice.
Tailor-made solutions.
International experience.

I advise companies, founders, creative professionals and other individuals on the legal structuring and protection of their intangible assets and digital business models. Of course, I also support clients in defending against asserted claims. My practice focuses on all areas of intellectual property as well as related areas of IT and media law – from preventive advice and structuring to contentious enforcement.

As a sole practitioner, I combine specialized expertise with personal service for each client. You work directly with me – strategically, efficiently and at eye level.

Particularly, I can assist you in the following areas:

  • Establishing, protecting and defending trademarks and other protected signs
  • Design and copyright law
  • Advertising and competition law (UWG)
  • Internet law, domains, websites, e-commerce and digital business models
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts (for example licence agreements and trademark co-existence agreements)
  • Information and media law as well as data protection law
  • Administrative proceedings before national and international authorities
  • Judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of your rights

My advice combines legal precision with business acumen and international experience. You will receive tailor-made solutions that are legally sound and economically well thought-out. The decisive factor is always your specific goal – and the most efficient (and cost-effective) way to achieve it.

In foreign jurisdictions, I work with a large network of experienced law firms specialized in intellectual property.

Fees
I attach great importance to ensuring that you have clarity about the costs and fees incurred for my advice. As a rule, I advise on a time basis at agreed hourly rates. In order to give you planning security, I am happy to provide a binding cost estimate, if possible, for the case in question. Upon agreement, I also offer flat-rate fees. Please feel free to contact me in this regard.
